Rayd is an aggregator for Dine-in and Takeaway services. We do not provide doorstep delivery or physical shipping of goods.

Self-Pickup & Dine-in Only

All orders placed via the Rayd App are strictly for self-collection (Takeaway) or on-site consumption (Dine-in). Customers must arrive at the physical location of the Restaurant Partner as indicated in the order confirmation details within the app.

No Shipping Charges

Since there is no physical transit or courier service involved, there are no shipping charges, delivery fees, or delivery timelines applicable to our services. The "ready time" for your food will be communicated via the app once the restaurant accepts your booking.
