Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation by User

Once a booking is confirmed and the ₹25.00 Booking Fee is paid via the Rayd App, the order cannot be cancelled by the User. This fee is non-refundable as it covers the digital reservation and platform technology costs.

2. "No-Show" Policy

As per our Terms of Service, if a User fails to arrive at the restaurant to collect their takeaway or enjoy their dine-in meal, the Booking Fee is forfeited. Additionally, the User’s account will be permanently suspended to protect the efforts of our Restaurant Partners.

3. Restaurant Rejection & Refunds

In rare instances where a Restaurant Partner is unable to fulfill an order (due to kitchen capacity or item unavailability), they will reject the order through the Partner App. In such cases:

  • A 100% refund of the ₹25.00 Booking Fee will be initiated automatically.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Card, or Wallet) within 5-7 working days.

4. Food Bill Disputes

Since the payment for food items is made directly at the restaurant counter, any disputes regarding food quality, incorrect billing by the restaurant, or quantity must be settled between the User and the Restaurant Partner on-site. Rayd does not handle food-related refunds.
